Terms, delivery & returns details
Payment
All payments made to Green Forest Soap via the website are made through PayPal (any payments by credit card are also processed using PayPal). Please note that customer payment card details are never released to us by PayPal.
For order payments made by cheque, orders will be posted when the cheque has cleared.
Delivery
Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.
UK Delivery
UK delivery is at a flat rate for all orders.
First Class Royal Mail Parcel Post - delivery aim 2-3 working days - £4.00 per order
Second Class Royal Mail Parcel Post - delivery aim 4-5 working days - £3.20 per order
EU Delivery
Orders up to £18.00 (4 bars) - delivery aim 4-6 working days - £9.00
Orders up to £36.00 (8 bars) - delivery aim 4-6 working days - £12.50
Orders up to £72.00 (16 bars) - delivery aim 4-6 working days - £15.00
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be provided if orders are returned in original unused condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please inform us of any problem by email or contact form.
When posting returns, please obtain a free Royal Mail Certificate of Posting (easily obtained at Post Offices) which insures against loss. Refunds will be made when the return has been received.
Two way postage costs will be refunded if an item is faulty, otherwise return postage is at the customer's expense.
Refunds are made via the original method of payment.
Order processing
Occasionally we run out of an item, but we try our best to keep this to a minimum and update the website as quickly as possible should it occur.
Privacy
Your personal information will be kept entirely confidential. We will not release it to any third party under any circumstances, unless required to do so under UK law.
